About Sifu Blapps RM
My Qualifications
As a Martial Arts Instructor, Security Consultant and Mentor for over 35 years, I have completed extensive training in areas such as psychology, goal setting, and communication. I am also a member of the International Chinese Kuoshu Federation and committed to ongoing professional development.
My Approach
The CDMA is a Not For Profit organisation, soon to become a CIC that deals with Bullying. I use the initiatives of the CDMA to develop the youth that attend the 'Our Place Youth Club'. The youth club is not only an activities centre it is also a place to build your skills in the Film Industry. Acting and Martial Arts have been a staple of movies for almost as long as the industry has been around. From war films to action movies centred on a character there has been a portrayal of humanity at odds with something or someone. The children using the Our Place Youth Club will not only be learning this industry from its roots they will also understand themselves to their very core and become Self Enlightened (Super Powered... BullyProof!)

About the CDMA
The CDMA was founded in the year 1999 by Sifu Blapps RM (Victor S. Evelyn) to eradicate Bullying in all its forms. He devised the initiatives to promote Confidence and High Self Esteem to defeat Fear and Doubt, the main causes of becoming a Bully or being Bullied. He found that going into school with his Martial Arts Anti Bullying Collective (A collection of different martial disciplines who all are against bullying) to teach the students Conflict Management and Communication skills with martial arts techniques to develop the Warrior Spirit was the best method to defeat the need to Bully or to continue being Bullied.
Together with his committee, a mixture of volunteers, martial artists and parents they deliver the nine initiative devised by Sifu Blapps.

* Warriors Wing Chun Kung Fu School - Classes/ Private Sessions
* BLAPPS Sessions - Self Enlightenment/ Career Direction/ Mindset Upgrades
Our Place Youth Club - 9 initiatives of the CDMA
(MA ABC/Real Ed./Warriors Life/ LU FreeRunners/S.A.F.E./BLAPPS/M.A.D./A.D./M.A.P.) delivered after school for 3 hours per day (Starting back in July 2024)
* Ambition Development - Small Business Support and Career Advice Courses (20 per session on Zoom)
* Real Education - (Saturday School teaching STEM subjects and Life Classes) Bespoke Classes on Zoom
* Meditation & Daoism Sessions - Obtain Self Enlightenment and therefore Control in your life.
